Option: Hobbyist formula

Requirement :

• Drill press and drill bits
• Taps
• small saw for aluminum
• Hand tools (screwdriver, pliers, hammer etc.)
• Tools for electronics (side cuttters pliers, soldering iron etc.)

Description : Firstly, you can build a machine from a CNC kit with pre-cut and punched aluminium plates for hole positions. Then, solder the circuits and wires for the control system yourself and assemble the machine. Chiefly, the manual and documentation are sold with the kit. The machine can be assembled in less than about 30h

Option: Weekend warrior formula kit CNC

Requirement :

• Hand tools (screwdriver, pliers, hammer etc.)
• Tools for electronics (untied pliers, soldering iron etc.)

Description :
Yet another option for the mini diy CNC kit is to make a machine from a CNC kit with pre cut aluminum plates drilled and tapped. Then, build a control system from pre-made parts and a control board that is already soldered and tested. Obviously, instruction and documentations are included. Normally, the machine can be assembled in less than 20 hours.

Option: Pro CNC mini diy CNC kit

• Laser cutting machine
• Vinyl cutting machine
• Colon drill and drill bits Taps

• Tools for electronics (untied pliers, soldering iron etc.)

Description :
This mini diy CNC kit option is the cheapest but requires more effort and more tooling. Basically, you will build a CNC milling machine out of raw aluminium plates. Build the control box from Swiss raw material. then, solder the circuits and connections for the control system yourself. Obviously, instruction and documentations are sold with the kit. Consequently, a client can assemble the machine in about 38 hours

Description :
More than a mini diy CNC kit, this kit offers a fairly complete training in machine manufacturing. At the end of the course, you receive a cnc machine. In addition, you also have a fairly complete training in machine manufacturing.

Basically, you will be able to program a CNC machine, choose a drive according to your needs, use a laser cutting machine and assemble a machine A-Z from the drawing plans. Instruction and documentation are sold with the kit and documentation for laser cutting, CNC etc. courses is also included. Obviously, this option is only available in our training center in Friborg

Applications and usage:

Firstly, you can use your self-assembled cnc machine for wood, plastics, aluminium and prototype manufacturing as well as engraving and chamfering in the industrial field. Also, This machine is for DIY or in a small garage. Basically, we sell this machine as a kit and you can also assemble it in our training center. Also, you also have the possibility of customizing the machine with many options.

Basically, With the first 3 options you also have the possibility of coming to use our tools and machines in our training center in Fribourg, which is well equipped. Formerly, the rates are 60/month and 5/h on site and for self-assembly machines we are available Wednesday and Saturday for lessons or consultation. Contact us for details and rates.
