Lever ties horizontal, force vertical
These “tie down” levers are available in the in the horizontal or vertical configuration and have an iron body. Depending on the chosen model of tie down lever, the m6 diameter thread allows you to exert up to 1, 2.5 or 3.7 kN of force axially to the piece on the CNC table. The 26mm under arm height allows for a lot of room to work without compromising the position of your pieces. With its high 79 degree angle opening and its 5 mm mounting holes, this tie down can be adapted on your CNC table easily and is low enough (39mm) that it will not get in the way when the machine moves.
