We have a vast range of micro milling tools available for our machines and these particular tools have a base of 3.175 mm and a tip that you can choose from ranging from 0.4-2.5mm. (The smallest diameter carbon mill of 0.4 is located in the PCB drilling tools because it is used primarily for drilling). They are all made from carbon steel so you won’t have to sharpen the mills as much as regular mills.
These hardened mini precision mills are for milling and micro operations in tough materials with the smallest size of 1 mm you are sure to get a perfect cut each time. These mills can be used to cut 3mm thick wood in one pass. We have used this tool to cut our bobcat model in our videos and have a great longevity and lifetime. When you order please choose your preferred size so that we don’t send you the wrong mill and be sure to check the length of the mill so that it corresponds to your project as there cannot be any returns on used tools and mills.
